Welcome

On behalf of the Society for Pediatric Sedation, I would like to welcome you to the SPS 2025 Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia!

This year we are excited to introduce a novel conference format consisting of breakout lecture-based sessions, hands-on workshops, and expert plenary panels to ensure the highest quality programming and networking opportunities against the backdrop of the great city of Atlanta.

As always, SPS aims to tailor conference topics to both new and experienced sedation providers from multiple disciplines including medical, dental, nursing, and child life. We will highlight the past year’s research achievements with the annual Top Articles review, Oral Abstract presentations, and Poster presentations.

With the wide variety of educational offerings, we hope to offer something for everyone’s unique learning style.

The Annual Conference is a great way to get more involved in the SPS and we hope to see you there! There will be ample opportunities to meet our speakers, ask questions, and network with sedation colleagues. Lastly, all are welcome to partake in our committee meetings throughout the conference.

As we come together from around the world, let’s embrace the power of community. Together, we can impact Pediatric Sedation for the years to come by promoting safe and high-quality care, igniting innovative research, and leading in medical education.
