Informational Tool: Some reminders for all of us

Working with kids is both challenging and rewarding. I love working with kids because they continually teach me new things through their perspectives on the world. An understanding of their perspective can help us to improve their medical experience.
For this segment, I’d like to share an informational tool that we use with our trainees (medical residents, nursing students and child life interns) as well as new staff working in pediatrics at American Family Children’s Hospital. It’s a simple reminder of things we all know when working with kids.
